Hi Adam! Some companies like Freshly had anywhere between 2–5g of added sugar and I always felt super frustrated like why! Would’ve been a great keto meal without those sugars. It’s part of the reason I stopped ordering from Freshly. But for Factor 75 there are no added sugars, if there are any they come from the vegetables themselves. And for the desserts, they use the keto-approved sweeteners like erythritol and xylitol.
