Typically body text (which is somewhere between 12–18px) don’t need to be resized on mobile. Headers may need to be resized if you have a very big statement (30px+) on mobile. Of course sometimes you might want it to be styled that way. But for general reading you don’t need anything more than 30px on mobile. My advice though is to minimize the amount of resizing from device to device, because you want to maintain design parity between the experiences and minimize the risk of extra code causing bugs.
