Hi there, there are definitely work arounds to the design. I can’t give real consultation but I think those might be ok, a bit bordering on the grey area though. If you’re curious though you should try out Facebook’s new dating app. It’s still similar to Tinder but you can see where they avoided the patents (there’s no swipe).
