Thanks Michelle, I really enjoyed this article because your journey was super similar to mine when I started out. I didn’t want to be a designer, and when I did want to be, it took me also six months to find a job. I know for a fact I doubled your rejection numbers, because I also had to start writing down where I applied in case I double applied. The imposter syndrome slowly went away when I read so many articles online that I could eventually say, “uh..no actually, that’s not how it’s done.
